Lincoln Wharf is a historic brick Waterfront Building built in 1901 and converted to condominiums in 1987. There are a total of 192 residences in this lovely, elevator building. One of the apartments that CL Properties sold, Residence 807, was featured on this television show. 807 depicted the unique manner in which many of the apartments at Lincoln Wharf have been renovated.
